Pricing

See it work first. Then one fixed price.

A free working demo built around how your company runs, and one fixed price once you've seen it work.

What the Price Includes

The whole system, and the work nobody gets to skip.

A complete system built around how your company runs. And the price includes the part every piece of software needs and nobody gets to skip: getting your records in, setting it up the way you really work, getting your people using it, and adjusting it once it’s running. With most software, that part is left to you or billed by the hour.

What you're paying for

A typical software project

Software license
Per-user fees
Technology markup
Implementation, often extra

With us

The work itself

Illustration, not to scale.

  • Only the work

Learning how you run, setting it up, loading your data, testing on your own documents, training your people: the price is built from that work alone.

  • Nothing added for the product

No software license, no per-user fees, no subscription, and nothing extra for the platform or the AI underneath.

  • For scale

Custom AI software in the US is commonly billed at $200–500 an hour.

2026 published rates of US AI development firms and senior specialists.

So you're not guessing

  • You hear the rough size on the first call, before anyone spends time on a demo. It depends mostly on how complex the work is and how much data it handles.
  • The total is one fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts. Nothing runs by the hour, so our aim is the same as yours: solve the problem, not bill more hours.
  • You can start with one part. Each part after it costs less, because what they share is already built.

What You Pay, and To Whom

Only one bill comes from us.

To us · one fixed price

The system

Agreed in writing before work starts. Implementation included, no hourly bills.

To the cloud provider · monthly

The cloud bill

Billed by use, straight to you. It doesn't pass through us, and it isn't our fee.

To anyone · per seat

Nothing

No seat licenses. Hire five more people and the software bill barely moves.

The cloud bill depends mostly on how much the system reads and how often your people ask it things; we work it out with you before you decide, and set a budget alert in your account, so you hear before it passes a limit you choose. If your people don't already have work email accounts to sign in with, those accounts cost a little per person, from your email provider, not from us.

Implementation Included

What other software charges extra for.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers.

Does the demo cost anything?

No. The demo and every change to it cost you nothing. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe nothing.

Why build a demo before you get paid?

It’s the quickest honest way for both of us to see whether it’s worth building. A demo on your own examples shows that; a proposal on paper can’t.

What do you need from us for the demo?

A rough idea of how your company runs and a few real examples: the emails, orders, forms or spreadsheets the work starts from. Blank out anything you’d rather not share. What you send is kept in our own cloud account, is read by AI with model training turned off, is used only for your demo, and is deleted when you ask.

How is the price set?

By how complex the work is and how much data it handles: connecting your CRM is one part, your ERP another, each kind of document it reads another. After the demo, we agree in writing what it covers and one fixed price, before work starts.

Do we have to buy the whole system at once?

No. We usually look at the whole picture first, start with the part that hurts most, and add the rest as each part proves itself.

What if something doesn’t work after it goes live?

We fix it. Anything that doesn’t work the way we agreed is fixed at no charge. Something new you want later is a separate decision: we write down what it covers and the price, and you decide.

Do we keep paying you after it goes live?

No. It’s yours, and it keeps running. If you’d like us to keep looking after it and improving it, we agree that with you; it isn’t required.

What if we stop working with you?

Nothing moves. The system and the code are yours, running in your account under your keys, and anyone you choose can keep it running.
